We started DraftPilot after a decade of building Lexoo. We worked alongside in-house legal teams on thousands of vendor contracts, NDAs, and SaaS agreements. The pattern was clear: legal teams were stretched, routine review absorbed skilled time, and generic technology rarely fitted the way lawyers actually work.
AI can take on the standard parts of a review. People still bring the commercial context, the relationships, and the judgment. DraftPilot is designed around that division of labor.

Chris was CTO and co-founder of Lexoo for 10 years. Earlier in his career, he worked as a programmer for organizations in the UK and New Zealand including Forward Partners, BBC Audio and Music, and Aegis Media.
